- CChristaLos Angeles •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoWe made a reservation for New Years Day for 10 people, and we’re easily accommodated when we needed to adjust the time. All the staff we encountered were incredibly friendly, professional and helpful. Even though they were very busy due to the holiday, we were served in reasonable time and all of our needs were met. We had an excellent seat with a beautiful view of the lake at sunset. Excellent experience!More infoGar Woods Grill and Pier RestaurantPrice: Expensive• Californian• Carnelian Bay•4.7
- JJoliVIPNew York City •3 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoAn exceptional meal in a lovely setting. The four of us dined liked kings at Christy Hill. We started with four delicious appetizers and liked the tuna crudo and brussel sprouts best. Highlights of our main dishes were the black cod and the lamb. Loved that the food was served on warm plates. And we finished with the chocolate croissant bread Pudding. Delicious! Service was impeccable.More infoChristy HillPrice: Very Expensive• Californian• Tahoe City•4.8
- AAndySan Francisco Bay Area •9 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoMy wife and I ate here for our 29th anniversary last night. Everything we ate was 100% spot on. You could tell there was a lot of thought behind every dish. The cooking techniques were incredible- everything was done to enhance the flavor of the dish without being flashy for the sake of being flashy. We did the 10 course dinner and are still debating which of the dishes we enjoyed the most. An added benefit of the restaurant- the smell of the smoke used for the cooking permeates the air which adds to the experience. The servers were casual but all incredibly professional and helped to create a memorable night. Bonus points for an interesting and fun wine/sake/cocktail list! We can't wait to come back.More infoSmoke Door - Lake Tahoe SaryoPrice: Very Expensive• Japanese• Kings Beach•4.9
