Food was great. Service was excellent. The view is incredible. We enjoyed it.

Our reservations got canceled at another restaurant at the last minute because of a power outage…boy was I glad they were. This was our first visit and it was amazing. The views at sunset were incredible. The food, staff, and establishment were perfection. I absolutely loved the atmosphere, and the best carrot cake we’ve ever had! This will definitely be our new Valentine’s Day tradition. Thank you for saving the day Leatherflower!

We go there frequently as its just a few miles from our home. The food is great, the service is always a 5 out of 5 and Never been disappointed. If you want a great meal, great service in a upscale atmosphere, this is the place. Its a great place to celebrate an anniversary, birthday or just enjoy one of the best meals with a scenic view and the best chef’s and waitstaff. We go there usually weekly and never been disappointed.

Mercantile is tucked away in downtown King. It delivers both flavor and ambiance. From the moment we stepped inside, the warm lighting, stylish decor and inviting atmosphere set the stage for a memorable dining experience. The menu offers a great selection of dishes. I have tried almost every appetizer, and they are perfectly seasoned and beautifully presented. The steak is some of the best I have had - tender and flavorful. I HIGHLY recommend trying the mac & cheese for your side. The drink selection is also equally impressive. Service is Top Notch - friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. They make great recommendations and ensure that every detail is taken care of. Mercantile does not disappoint. We live in Yadkinville and have made the drive multiple times. A+++

Always a joy spending time at Roaring River and Chez Josephine. Food, atmosphere and wine never disappoints. I do miss the Belgian waffle for dessert though! Looking forward to another visit!
