Lovely place to eat before a show. Food was wonderful, service was prompt and friendly and ambience was great. Staff were very professional and made it a great experience.

Brussel sprout starter & Burrata starter: perfect. Life Gives You Lemons cocktail: Perfect. Lemon Pasta: Perfect. The outdoor, plant-plentiful setting was perfect for a date night.

The space is dark, food is remarkable and service is top notch. We had quite a few dishes including the crispy Brussels sprouts, sashimi moriawase, New York strip and short ribs. All were delicious. The evening we went, they had special cocktails celebrating the Wicked production at the Pantages across the street. Our celebrant had the Glinda, which was a very fun tasting drink - strawberry, Prosecco mix.

Easily one of the best dinners we’ve had For starters we had the shishito peppers (addictive), the chicken satay (it was so good I ordered another one for “dessert”), the pork dumplings and the wagyu yakitori For mains we took the spicy yellowtail sushi and the miso black cod And for dessert (after the extra chicken satay) we took the chocolate cake which was sensational Everything was unbelievably good Our waitress was super nice but I felt like she had too many tables, so it was hard to find her when we wanted something. We saw her maybe 3 times during the whole dinner The atmosphere in the restaurant was great, good music and amazing vibe. And it’s easily one of the best looking restaurants I’ve been to 1000% coming back

Second time going to Laya, and it was exceptional (as was the first time!). Excellent upscale Lebanese food, with ambiance to match. Bravo Charbel and team! Can't wait to go back.
