We had an amazing dining experience, and a big part of that was thanks to our server, Sean. From the moment we sat down, he was incredibly attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. He made excellent recommendations and ensured that we had everything we need.The food was absolutely divine every dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. You can tell the chefs put real passion into their cooking. From start to finish, everything was perfect. Can’t wait to come back!

I went with a friend that I haven't seen in a while. We both love trying new places so we picked the Seldon Standard. The food and the service was beyond amazing! Our hostess and server were friendly and made very good food recommendations. We tried six different dishes, and loved every single one of them! We were so full but kept eating anyway. Everything was cooked to perfection, and the flavors were extraordinary. Thank you all, we had an amazing experience from the time we walked in, to the time we left.

Possibly the best dining experience I have ever had! The Wagyu Pastrami appetizer was a revelation, totally unexpected and absolutely delicious. The ribeye cap was seasoned and cooked to perfection, and who knew simple garlic mashed potatoes could be so eye-opening??!! Matthew was informative, attentive, and unobtrusive, everything one could want in a server. Expensive, but a memorable birthday dinner for the two of us. We absolutely will return!!

Our waitress was so sweet- I forgot her name but she had glasses and 2 space buns. My omelette was great. Our mimosas were flat at first but our server got us a fresh one promptly. We also loved the playlist! Presleys was a vibe and we will definitely be back.

This was my family’s first experience at this restaurant, we’ve never had this type of dining experience before tonight. We were with our teenage daughters. My oldest doesn’t eat very much meat, but was still full from all the choices she had at the salad bar. The rest of us had a large selection of flavorful meats. One serving of beef was extremely undercooked, but they brought out a more cooked piece to replace it. Everything was flavored well, cooked well and the servers delivering were great. Dessert choices were large and very good. Our host that brought us back was so friendly. Our waiter was great! Overall a wonderful, unique dining experience. We will be back.
