Restaurants near Lawrence Subway Station

This is my wife’s favourite restaurant in the GTA. It’s one of the only places we’ve been to in years where the food, service, cleanliness, and ambiance are perfect every time. We usually get a chicken tawook, some garlic labneh, some rice, some veggie skewers, and occasionally hummus or makanek if I’m feeling extra hungry. The lamb shank is also excellent. It’s nice to see an actual dining room manager floating around keeping an eye on dinner service without being overbearing. That’s an art in itself. We don’t really drink but we always get sparkling water and the type they carry is deliciously sharp. I’ve only had their sticky toffee pudding as far as the desserts go, but it was very good! Really nice ice cream that certainly tastes homemade to me. We’ll keep coming back if they keep it up like this!

Excellent food, ambience and service! We had to change our reservation last minute due to 3 of our party members’ illnesses and they accommodated us no problem. The staff was very attentive and friendly.

The Keg at Yonge and Eglinton has never disappointed ! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was awesome. The food order was quick and came out hot and seamless. Most of all, our server (Ryan) was fantastic. He was cheerful, enthusiastic and very engaged to make our experience a special dinner out and went above and beyond. Amazing. We will be back, soon Happy New Year

A warm welcome greets us as always which makes us feel like we are coming home to family! Mushroom and spinach salad and duck with arugula appetizers were amazing. I had the boar with pappardelle and my wife had her fave pizza, the caprese. With a glass of Kim Crawford, we left very content but too full to indulge in desert.
