Had amazing Truffle sashimi (of corse) Caesar salad ( save the sauce from the truffle sashimi and put it on the Caesar salad . Fire!!     This was my first experience at a steak 48 chain and I must say it was amazing!! Doug was our server and he was exceptional and knowledgeable of every single aspect of the menu. He acknowledged our food allergies and was very cautious of making sure we had a wonderful experience. Everything was delicious and well prepared. I will be frequently this restaurant in the future.
