Our dining experience was excellent. Therefore, this may be a little longer. The Golden Hour martini was a real favorite. Our appetizers were excellent. The eildgame tartare was beyond description, best tartare I've ever eaten. The octopus, done in a Spanish bbq style, was a little spicy for me, but cooked perfectly. The Ceasars salad was the real deal, with white anchovies. The entres stole the show. Charred Elk Chops were best I've ever had, thick, cooked rare+, at my request, brocollini and other complimentary sides. Soooooooo goid. The Red Trout was equally good, and had a wonderful accompanying side of creamed corn, real hominy and other vegetables. Haven't had good hominy in decades. This was the real thing. Dessert was a beautiful presentation of chocolate mousse.. and it was the crowning glory. Sooooooooooooo recommend this dining experience.

We had a delicious meal at twisted fern while visiting park city. Everything we ordered was great and server was very friendly. It’s not the coziest decor (a bit sparse) and lights were bright but didn’t impact our overall great experience.

Food was excellent!! Service had some issues from the bar staff. Dinner server was good, attentive. For some reason a drink 🥃 glass from the bar escaped everyone’s reach to remove it from the dinner table?? I would come back, for the food.

We’ve lived in Park city for 11 years now and this is our favorite food in town, hands down. The restaurant has a cute Jamaican vibe and the family that owns 11Hauz are all super sweet, thoughtful, and interact with customers regularly. They also make all of the food themselves and the taste of the food will blow your mind! Super flavorful Jamaican food, right here in beautiful Park City! Can’t beat that!
