What a great spot for lunch. We only wish we had stayed in the Inn so we could have had more than one meal! Food was amazing - my French onion soup was to die for with the richest broth you could ask for. Thank you!!!

We had a great evening at the white house. We could only get booked for food at the bar and were unsure what to expect but the high table and bar stools were perfectly fine (lovely, in fact) and we weren’t so close to the bar that we had lots of folk around us. The area we were sat was surprisingly private even tho we were close to the bar area. Staff were polite, friendly and attentive and the food (Xmas menu) was great. We enjoyed it so much we stayed on and had some shots and cocktails. We were not rushed along by the staff- I would definitely recommend the restaurant to anyone looking for great food in a gorgeous setting with excellent staff.

Another fantastic meal here! We arrived a little early for our booking but we were taken to a table really promptly. The menu had a great choice. Meal was fantastic - completely defeated by the mac and cheese. Server was great - even ran to get me a spoon to eat my take away pudding as we still had to get more Christmas shopping done!

Absolutely magnificent, had the Christmas menu, an absolute treat, prawns, steak and Malteser crepe. An absolute treat.

Good quality food, perfectly cooked, staff were very attentive and welcoming.
