NAT, our executive chef who has a passion for cooking with his Le Cordon Bleu studied from patisserie to cuisine and many years of experience in the Australian fine-dining restaurant such as Sailor Thai. More importantly, he always spent time in the top hat restaurant not only in Australian but also around the world. He was into in various cuisines and started learning by himself. He is the very talented self-learner as he had learnt about cuisine and accepted from people who had tried his delightful dishes.

Share some plates and have some fun.We don't like to play favourites but you should DEFINITELY try the Hazelnut Muhammara (blitzed red pepper dip topped with a sprinkling of pomegranate, roast hazelnuts, coffee grinds and native honey). Pair it with one of our Jerusalem Bagels (baked like a baby sourdough [rather than boiled] and brushed with pomegranate molasses before it gets popped in the oven).     The wait staff were knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. True professionals. The food was fresh and delicious. A wonderful time was had by our party of four. We will keep returning.

    Best meal I’ve had in a long time and by far the best place I’ve been to in Sydney. Gorgeous setting, service was incredible from start to finish - we had a member of our party who had very particular food tastes and every effort was made to make sure she was accommodated, right down to the chef coming over to double check himself what she would be okay with. Wine was great and every dish we had was amazing - the truffle cacio e pepe was 10/10. Worked in hospitality for 14 years and this is how it should be done. Will be back next time in we’re in Sydney!
