Several years ago, I decided that my future in the restaurant business would most likely not remain in the realm of fine dining and gourmands, but would rather lean towards the style of restaurant that I found myself frequenting most often - places that provided consistency and quality at a price that was fair for the quality of the food and experience. Public House plays to the comforts of good, solid food, while applying the principles of premium food products to a more casual setting. You will find all the fish is delivered from Foley’s in Boston, high quality steaks and a rotating selection of vegetable sides that are true to the region and season.     Our second visit after a sincere follow up from the GM. Every aspect was perfect. They allowed us to sit before ur booking time, the server (Ahmed)was outstanding, as was the food. We tried the Greek specials and they were so delectable. The boys ordered a pizza and loved it so much they asked to take one home for breakfast next day. It was very good even on the next day! If your meal does not come with fries, gets side, they are amazing.

    Our experience was great start to finish. We were seated promptly and Chloe our server took great care of us. We got our food quickly and it was delicious. The shrimp and grits is some of the best we’ve had anywhere, and the seared tuna salad was beautifully presented and tasted so good. Stir is our favorite place to eat in Chattanooga.
