L'ambiance peut être détendue ou bruyante, mais toujours chaleureuse. Vous vous sentirez chez vous dans ce restaurant avec ou sans vos amis. Le chef a tenté de reproduire la chaleur d'une cuisine de trattoria avec son foyer ouvert, l'arôme des sauces qui mijotent, les viandes rôties, le poisson grillé et la pizza cuisant dans le four à bois sur mesure.     My husband and I went to Adair Inn for dinner to celebrate our anniversary. The food was very good, and the service was excellent. Kelly took good care of us and was attentive while not hovering. We have been to Adair for dinner several times and will continue to visit. Thanks!!

    Nice Vermont Ski Lodge ambience. Food and drinks were excellent, the duck and the mushroom pasta dishes were fabulous. Server was friendly and courteous, not too fast because they were busy for the holiday weekend but we weren’t in a hurry!

    An early dinner so the restaurant was fairly quiet. Started with a nice bottle of wine and a fresh baked loaf of bread that was delicious. Next was a wonderful cheese board and our entrees of salmon and short ribs, everything was delicious! Our waitress was attentive and helpful. Overall an excellent evening.

    We appreciate our local restaurateurs and businesses in general, but when they excel it truly brings our experience to a brand new level. Location is a bit trippy, but its something you can remember, along with the fabulous food!
