The plains of Southern Brazil are filled with grazing cattle enjoying the vast pastures. These cattle are the source for the famous and centuries old Brazilian “Churrasco” barbecues. It was at these gatherings where Brazilian cowboys or “gauchos” would prepare large pieces of meat and slowly cook them over open flame pits. Our traditional gaucho chefs still follow these traditions to preserve the flavors of each cut of meat. We feature unlimited tableside service of different cuts of beef, pork, lamb, and chicken. We also feature a gourmet salad bar, and various traditional side dishes to complement the meats. You can control your service with a small green and red-sided card. The green side tells the gaucho chefs to bring out skewers of sizzling meats to the table while the red signals a stopping point. To re-start service, simply display the green side again.

    Great customer service from our lovely hostess, Sophie, and our amazing bartender,Kylie. She made us the best drinks and recommended great food options.     I had brunch with a group of friends. The brunch menu offers a variety of items and everything seems appealing. The omelets were absolutely delicious and came with a healthy serving of breakfast potatoes. The chicken fried chicken was amazing, as was the blackened chicken alfredo; and we really enjoyed the bottomless mimosas - we tried every flavor offered. Everyone was pleased with the food, drinks and service. Aiden was a very attentive server.

    The meal and our wait staff were great. Our problem was with the noice level caused by another table. We could hear every word of this person's FaceTime conversation! We asked twice for him to lower his volume. Hopefully your neighbors will be more polite.Wish the manager had spoken to him so we didn't have to.

    Brought friends from out of town to the best burger place ln Houston!!! They loved it!!! Oynissues music level was raised to the loudest I have ever heard, we asked to have it turned donw a bit which they did Great evening!!!!

    We had a delicious anniversary dinner. The salad bar was amazing and the meats were scrumptious. As an extra surprise, the dessert was yummy and complimentary as well as the glass of champagne. We highly recommend eating st Gauchos for any occasion.
