- LLoriNorthwest Florida •9 reviews4.0Dined todayWe loved the atmosphere…the brussell sprout appetizer was the best we’ve had (we are brussel sprout lovers) i had the salmon which was outstanding. My husband had the bone in ribeye which he enjoyed but felt was a bit tough. I had the midnight sun which was great. We also had the toffee for dessert… an overall lovely evening! - MMaryWashington, D.C. Area •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoLoved this place from the moment we walked through the door. Greeted by a cheery, sweet, blonde young lady who showed us to our table. Our waitress was equally warm and friendly and helped us decide what drinks and food to order and gave us wonderful suggestions. Thank you for the great service and food!More infoCoal Town Public HousePrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Franklin•4.8

- GGaryNashville •17 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoGlad to have an upscale dining option in the “Factory”. Very contemporary remodel of their location. Open views of kitchen and a dining bar overlooking the kitchen. Very creative touches. Service was attentive. All food items well prepared and tasty with unique presentations. I enjoyed the venison which was cooked perfectly, medium rare. My wife enjoyed the scallops, also cooked perfectly. Only negative comment is that only 3, medium sized scallops were served. For the price one more would have been better. Otherwise, thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Etch.More infoetch - FranklinPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Franklin•4.7
