Restaurants near Miami Sun Hotel - Downtown/Port of Miami

After dining last summer at Bottura’s flagship Osteria Francescana in Modena, Italy, we were looking forward to a less fussy (and cheaper) experience. On a rainy night, the indoor space was cute and boisterously fun. The staff clearly Italian and top notch. All the food was great and some dishes more closely aligned with technique and unique flavor over others. Still an expensive adventure but worth it, especially in a pretty dead location in Miami. It will have to become a destination to make it.

The only concern is our table area have son flies, we don't know why because everything look clean, but we have that inconvenient...

My husband, daughter and I had the best meal. We started our dinner with a pizza for an appetizer and ordered calamari and the Caesar salad. Everything was delicious and the service was impeccable. Yiscah was our server and she took such great care of us. We loved the atmosphere and the whole vibe. Definitely recommend!

We had an amazing experience start to finish, hospitality was fantastic as was the food. The yuca bites and the goat bowl were highlights, but I don’t think you could possibly go wrong. A truly unique concept with 3 kitchens sure to have something for everyone!

From the moment you enter and see the funky, eclectic decor, you know that you're in a welcoming space. You'll be warmly greeted and seated. The menu offers enough plates to allow for a variety of palates, but few enough that allow them to be perfected. The homemade pasta dishes are always an excellent choice, the salads are fresh and the panini are lovely. If you love eggplant parmigiani, you're in luck. And the dessert menu is divine!
