The restaurant’s interior is stunning, but for larger groups, you may be seated in an outdoor area. While the outdoor space is decent, it doesn’t quite match the ambiance of the inside. It is equipped with space heaters, but it was still a bit chilly during our visit. We requested to be moved indoors, and the staff was very accommodating, relocating us inside as space allowed. This, of course, depends on availability, and we were fortunate that there was room for our group of eight. We were celebrating a birthday, and the staff went above and beyond to make it special by providing a birthday card for my niece and presenting her cake with a candle. The food was, as always, absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant 100%!

We went to The Palm Court Restaurant for dinner. We came from Miami to celebrate our daughter's sixteenth birthday. Our server Mohamed Jabari made our experience special. He warmly welcomed our daughters, especially the youngest (11 years old) he clearly explained the story of Eloise and presented the girls with pink napkins! He recommended a champagne that was "magnifique". Small details that turned into great memories for our family at The Plaza Hotel. Thanks again Mohammed! We would love to return! I highly recommend it.

The experience at Caravaggio is perfect. This is a sophisticated restaurant with possibly the best northern italian food in the city. This is a place to go when you want to enjoy conversation with your date and eat a magnificent meal.

Always wonderful food and service. I reserved a table at the window and a candle in my desert for my birthday and everything went perfectly. My friend and I had a great time. Thank you.

The server and service was the best that we’ve experienced in New York City. The food came out very quickly and the weight staff were on their a game. The sashimi was very thin so you got 14 slices but tiny pieces of fish. That was the only complaint otherwise the roles were fabulous and the ambience was incredible.
