- KKimberlyDenver / Colorado •3 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoI had dinner reservations with a friend. The website does recommend that parties of 1-4 people plan on 90 minutes (max) at their table and any parties five plus, plan on two hours max. Have never seen that before but assume because they are usually busy. The food was delicious. The spinach was a little salty, but the sweet potatoes and truffle mac & cheese with chicken was phenomenal. Good size portion for the cost. Plan on returning.More infoThe Rabbit HolePrice: Expensive• American• Colorado Springs•4.7

- MMikeVIPLos Angeles •7 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoIt's a sort of time warp; very high end service, foods and drinks, with an old-school vibe. Carlos, greeted us as we walked in, asked our names, and welcomed us as if we were coming into his home. Decor is comfortable, service is top notch and you get food here you can't get elsewhere. It comes at a price, so be prepared. But the price is worth it. My wife had a lobster bisque that was (her words) "the best lobster bisque I've ever had." I had a taste and I think she was right.More infoCarlos' BistroPrice: Very Expensive• Continental• Colorado Springs•4.9
- DDonaldDenver / Colorado •1 review5.0Dined 6 days agoI hadn't been here for 20 years. It was always exceptional food and ambience, and it still is. The table-side prepared steaks (Pepper and Diane) could not have been any better. The filets are so tender that steak knives are not needed, just table knives. Servers were prompt and attentive, but not too much. Background music was pleasant without being too loud. My only suggestion is to adjust the lighting so that diners can better view the city lights. They were a bit too bright inside, and the outside ones above the windows might be turned off completely. The city view is a major reason why people go to the Pepper Tree. [I do understand that older diners might prefer brighter inside lighting.] PS Some local draft beers would be a nice addition.More infoPepper Tree RestaurantPrice: Very Expensive• Steak• Colorado Springs•4.8
