Restaurants near Moore-Lindsay House

A tale of two visits. After our last visit and less-than-stellar experience I received a personal call from the manager who very much wanted another shot to get it right. We returned last night and the experience was drastically different. As always, the restaurant is beautiful, sparkling clean, and the decor is tasteful & matches the theme nicely. The ambiance and noise levels were perfect, as one hopes for in a fine dining experience; however, it was a snowy Monday night and the dining room wasn’t overly crowded either, but even so you can tell it’s setup to offer decent privacy no matter the crowd size. Overall aesthetics 9/10 Our server Kyle was fantastic; polite & personable, attentive but didn’t crowd, and very knowledgeable with great recommendations. The manager stopped by to check on us this time as well. Service 10/10 My daughters had servers choice “mocktails” that were piña colada & daiquiri inspired and both loved them. My old fashioned was served up just the way I like (big rock is by request only so be sure to ask but they will do it without hesitation). Drinks 10/10 We shared the Calamari appetizer half spicy/ half regular and we all enjoyed it quite a lot; the calamari itself was not overly chewy and the breading, seasoning, and cook were well done. We all three had steaks; my daughters had a filet and top sirloin, I had the ribeye, and all three were nicely seasoned and cooked perfectly. Sides are family style and we shared a massive baked potato (served in thirds for convenience), glazed carrots that were not too sweet and perfectly cooked, and creamed spinach that was also pretty good. I didn’t try a bite but my daughters quite liked the dulce deleche and my cheesecake was also not bad, and neither were overpriced as all desserts on the menu are $10 each. Appetizer 9/10 | Steaks 9.5/10 | Sides 8/10 | Dessert 8/10 Last night was great and most importantly my daughters had an amazing experience. Overall 9/10, we will be back again.

We stopped into Legend's for a quick treat and had a great table which was tucked a bit out of the way providing some privacy. Our server Eddie was incredible! He was attentive and able to answer all of our questions regarding the menu - as we had a gluten free person in our group. There was no piano player while we were there, but it was still a very nice atmosphere with great service and amazing desserts! Love how they are all made fresh and in-house. Looking forward to returning for food and treats :)

Madison did a wonderful job waiting on us and the food was top notch. The only tiny thing I would add is bring back the ciabatta bread for the crispy chicken and avocado sandwich.

We were celebrating a birthday. We ordered the crab dip for an appetizer, salmon and Caesar salad and they were delicious. We tried a couple of drinks which were also delicious. We got a free dessert which was very nice. The restaurant was beautifully decorated and we enjoyed ourselves immensely!

We were there on Christmas Day and our server Gidget was wonderful!!! Thank you for taking such good care of us!!! Wonderful food and drinks and experience! Thank you!!!!
