ecently dined at Red Ash Italia for the first time, and I completely understand why reservations are a must. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this place is something special. The food was nothing short of exceptional. I started with the prime steak bruschetta, which was the perfect balance of rich, savory flavors. For the entrée, I had the spaghetti paired with wood-fired meatballs—an absolute highlight. The pasta was cooked to perfection, and the meatballs were tender and packed with flavor, complemented by a smoky depth from the wood fire. To cap off the meal, I indulged in the housemade gelato. The food is always amazing but the service has improved so much and I’m here for it. I can’t wait to come back many many times more. 

We celebrated our Anniversary at Carve. We were there early because we catching a show at the Moody Center. They seated us in the back so it was quieter and the restaurant hadn’t filled up yet due to the early time. The service and food were outstanding. We will go back!

Went for my Birthday, finally able to try the seafood tower,and it was Amazing! The clams were beautifully prepared. Nicky really helped make my dinner experience amazing giving suggestions and ensuring everything was up to par.
