Remember theses are students doing everything! Gordon Ramsey isn’t in the kitchen telling them how to make the food. Are there some minor gaffes? Sure but it’s delightful to be part of their training process. The food is excellent, the wine pairing lovely. We enjoyed interacting with our servers and learning about their paths to the CIA. We’re already planning a summer visit.

We had stopped visiting Bocuse (although we regularly make the 92 mile drive to the other restaurants and the bakery) due to a bad experience just before Covid. The folks at Bocuse have redeemed themselves, and our experience from welcome reception to paying our bill was top notch. We always enjoy chatting with the students to find out where they are from and what they intend to do in the future. All the students we interacted with were friendly and professional. Our food was plentiful, hot and delicious with a beautiful presentation. The icing on the cake were the chocolates presented with the bill. Thank you to the students and their instructors for this outstanding experience in lunch time dining!
