Estella continues to impress me. In a city full of great foodie options- this restaurant always rises to the top for me. The hostess is always pleasant and accommodating. The Som is super knowledgeable patient and kind . The servers are attentive and knowledgeable of their menu. Every bit of the staff knows the menu. Even the bus boys will wax poetically about the flavors and textures of a dish. I’m serious! The quality of product they serve and the creativity in which they dish it combines for a pretty sublime eating experience without being annoying to eat, from a practicality standpoint, and without being pretentious about it. The Scallop dish is out of this world delicious. The beef tartare is special and certainly unique in preparation- it veers away from the traditional hunk of raw meat with seasoning and capers, etc, that you’ll find in a lot of traditional French restaurants. The foie gras wrapped in grape leaf is a flavor bomb- so come prepared. What a wonderful dish. Arguably their best. So much to explore on this menu with a beautiful wine selection. Go and enjoy and make sure to have to Som stop by to go though wine options for you. It’s an education

We come to BondSt now once a year for my wife's birthday, or around her birthday, since around 2017 or so. Without fail, every year is an unforgettable experience - like we are experiencing the magic of the counter for the first time. Thank you!

Amazing! Why haven’t i gone there sooner?? Delicious meal! We did feel the server was trying to push us out and the noise! Whoah! It was painstakingly loud. Only drawback. Next time i know to request a table towards the sushi bar in the back. Food was delightful and the space was beautiful.
