Tim Zekki was born and raised in Cyprus but has lived and worked in the UK for 35 years. He has a passion for local and seasonal ingredients, sourcing sustainable produce and items that he forages in Somerset woodlands and along the coast. Amazing food as always, I just wish that when booking the Experience menu, we could be put on a larger table - the tiny ones for two are so tightly crammed in together, people can’t squeeze past to get out and the table has so many dishes, crockery and glasses on, it’s too overcrowded for my liking. Overall though, a great meal and I love the fact the menu is changed often.
