秋田県最深部奥羽山脈麗の比内町は、すんだ空気と清らかな水に囲まれ、豊かな大地は自然の恵みに溢れています。その環境で育つ秋田比内地鶏とはー　昭和１７年、天然記念物に指定された比内鶏を一代交配することにより肉質を改良し誕生いたしました。比内地鶏生産部会では、より昔ながらの自然環境に拘っており、平均的なブロイラーの３倍となる１３０日の時間をかけて飼育しています。あべやでは、その比内地鶏を一羽一羽店内で捌き使用しております。そして ”きりたんぽ鍋” ”比内地鶏焼き鳥” ”比内地鶏親子丼” に加え ”あきたこまち” や秋田の山菜””秋田の銘酒” など秋田の実りを存分に味わって頂きたく各種お料理をご用意しております。

We surpass the concept of a Japanese oyster bar. The oyster bars familiar to this country have been, up until now, something borrowed wholesale from the West . We too had initially intended to create one of the bars we'd enjoyed in the past, but we wanted to be a little more forward-thinking. Perhaps, as lovers of Japanese culture, we could take inspiration from Japanese oysters? To become something more than just another "oyster bar." To deliver oysters you can have absolute trust in. Merveilleux moment passé en famille avec des plats parfaitement préparés dans un cadre magnifique. Le Kobe beef était juste magique. Merci pour ce souvenir inoubliable. Personnel au top de la gentillesse. Vin et champagne très bons.

Chaque fois que viens à Tokyo depuis 20 ans je mange à ce restaurent. La vieille partie du restaurent à une ambiance de folie gourmande et je retrouve à tous les coups la nouvelle cuisine Japonais . Le Staff est efficace et courtois. Un des meilleur restaurent que je connais dans le monde. La nouvelle partie du restaurent est plus calme.
