I recently had the pleasure of dining at Cork and Flame in Augusta, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. Our server, Will, was friendly, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable, making our evening feel special from start to finish. The food was, without a doubt, the best I’ve ever had in Augusta. The Brussels sprouts were roasted to perfection, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with incredible flavor in every bite. The scallops were cooked flawlessly—perfectly tender and seasoned just right. And to top it all off, the crème brûlée was simply divine—smooth, creamy, and with the perfect caramelized top. Cork and Flame truly excels in both service and cuisine. I highly recommend it to anyone in Augusta—this restaurant is a must-visit!

Dinner was delicious! Everyone's plate was as though we had not eaten all day....nothing was left. Our waiter was wonderful....he was patient, knowledgeable, and found a way to never interrupt us while talking. We always look forward to going to Abel Brown!

My neighbors and I celebrate every year just going out to dinner with each other for Christmas. We celebrated last year Patterson‘s and this year at Patterson’s. What a wonderful experience.

Excellent food, atmosphere and service. Very accommodating with substitutions and a very attentive, knowledgeable server. A wonderful amuse busshe from the chef and the nice touch of a candle added to my dessert for my birthday. Looking forward to enjoying Tavola again.
