Everything tonight was absolutely amazing from the way the bread crunched, yet retained the soft fluffy inside, to the perfectly portioned petite salad, the exquisite chicken for two dish and the outstanding service. Bistro Vendrome was a welcomed respite from the every day mediocrity of life. While the prices are higher than average, Bistro Vendrome earns every dollar.

I’ve eaten here quite a few times and have never had a bad meal. The rib eye cap dinner is outstanding, but I departed and ordered the ribs last night. They were fall off the bone good!! Portion sizes are perfect and service is always attentive. This is one of my “go to” restaurants when I head to the Stapleton area. One area of caution. They changed their well bourbon for their Old Fashioned. It’s a terrible choice, so be sure to specify your own bourbon.

It's a beautiful hotel and space and the Thanksgiving-forward meal was excellent: A mushroom stuffed turkey roulade with yams and brussel sprouts - the turkey was moist and the entire meal was flavorful The pumpkin cheesecake was very tasty. The service and our waitress, Monique, was fantastic and attentive, and the ambience was perfect for our family holiday meal.
