Our pan-Asian menu gathers influences of cooking styles from all around Asia; including Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, China, Indonesia and Vietnam. The design of the restaurant is influenced by some of our favourite places to eat and drink, it takes its cues from the street food ‘Hawker’ markets of Penang mixed with the reclaimed building feel of Budapest’s ruin bars. These places both have a magical feel, something that we’ve tried to recreate for the people of Blackpool to enjoy. Penang, Malaysia is an eclectic melting pot of various food styles, with influences from Indonesia, Thailand, India and China, dishes such as soup ramen and stone-baked donburi are two great examples of the depth in flavour, which can be created when different styles come together.

The Victorian dining room is full of grandeur and our restaurant team always go that little bit further to make serving a meal a magical experience. The views in the restaurant are spectacular, with sweeping vistas across the Fylde coast and the occasional heritage tram tootling by. We always visit the Mandarin when we come to blackpool. Food is excellent and the staff are so friendly. Never had a bad dish. We treated ourselves to the feast this visit. Amazing.

Service was amazing, the waiter and waitress were lively and told us about the specials ! Very quiet on a Wednesday but can’t be gracious enough was lively 10/10 . The basket in the women’s toilet was a lovely touch catering for everyone !

As soon as we walked in we was welcomed by the lovely staff who went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. The customer service was 10/10. The food was delicious! It was quickly made and was served at the perfect temperature. It was the most loveliest experience we both have ever had when eating out. I would highly recommend :)
