Our family-owned restaurant is focused on sustainable, seasonal, and local ingredients - dedicated to sourcing from nearby breweries, distilleries, farms, and mongers.Our atmosphere is relaxing, and our staff will not fail to charm you. Most of our employees have been with us since we opened, and they absolutely make this place what it is today. L'histoire légendaire du Diorio Restaurant a commencé au début des années 1920. L'ancien Rocco Diorio proposait une nourriture traditionnelle et de nombreux souvenirs durables pour la plupart des personnes dans les environs de Waterbury. Le restaurant a été fermé en 1980 et rouvert en 1991 après la restauration totale pour revenir à sa splendeur d'origine.
