The whole experience was fantastic. We attended Hawksmoor Liverpool for my husband’s birthday and everything was perfect. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the service was top notch. The steak… wow! And to top it all the January lunch menu was such great value for money. Highly recommended and we will definitely be making a booking again soon

Leaving this review on behalf of my parents who we bought a Gospel Sunday Lunch for a Christmas present. They said the food was lovely, the service was very good and they really enjoyed the lunch and music. We’ve eaten there lots of times and can vouch for its good food.m, but It was lovely to hear my mum and dad liked it too.

Fabulous food , & service was impeccable from walking in taking our coats (this needs to done everywhere like past times ) to leaving :-) thoroughly recommended , Ive already booked again & can’t wait 5^

My daughter and I went to the Griffin Inn for Boxing Day Lunch. We had been to several 'Festive Lunch' events in December so both opted for the Steak & Chips option. The steak was brilliant and cooked to perfection, as were the rest of the meal. The atmosphere was inviting and quieter than we expected, though it was livelier in the Bar where the football was on TV. The staff were attentive and we had a lovely time. We will definitely return.

We hadn't eaten here before but really would go back and recommend to others. We attended for an early Sunday lunch and the food was fantastic. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was just right. The fact that there is a separate eating space to the main bar area makes it feel quieter and a lovely experience. We will be returning for sure!
