The server, Tobi, was excellent. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Tobi was personable and made sure that my mom and I had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious.

My waitress Carmelia was WONDERFUL! She really spent time with me so that I would have the best experience! The only down point was when I had asked another waitress (older, dyed, dark brown hair) if you take Apple Pay. She said that the restaurant does take Apple Pay, but she seemed really irritated that I asked her a question. I saw her when I first came into the restaurant and the vibe from her was just “off”. But the food was wonderful and as I mentioned, talking with Canelia was wonderful. Wish I had time to come back again, I’m currently visiting from SoCal and my schedule is packed. So glad that I made it into Firebirds.

We absolutely love having brunch at 243. We try to request Amanda if possible. She is always so attentive and friendly, with a vast knowledge of the menu. The restaurant is beautiful and all of the menu items are perfectly prepared. We look forward to being back soon!
