    Location is great right across from beach. We were seated upstairs with a wonderful view. Is was breezy so it got cold but we had 3 heaters so we stayed warm. The food was delicious. We had miso soup ( best we’ve had), rainbow roll which was very fresh and California tool was perfect ratio of mayo to crab. We also had goyza which were cooked differently but still very good. I had a Oku old fashion which had wonderful balance between whiskey and bitters. We would for sure come back to Oku. Everything about this restaurant is great. Highly recommend.

    Our waitress was impatient with my friend, who was having trouble ordering because she is elderly. She consistently looked the other way when passing our table, instead of checking in to ask what we needed, like more hot water or another lemon wedge. The food was fine. The bus boys were fine.

    Classic old school neighborhood gem! Lucky's is a gem. The place is subtle elegance. The menu has everything you need. We went for brunch. This place just gets it. "Lucky" is on the plates, the cups, and even the napkins. The bathrooms have marble counters. The picture covered walls just give you a feel of home. The front patio has a huge fireplace. There is a small bar off to the side. Wood covered walls. This is the type of place I love and enjoy and will definitely be back for dinner. The prices are very relative to the value and location.
