Chef Bryan Voltaggio found inspiration in a former Frederick car dealership showroom and transformed it into an open, airy space, with a long counter fronting an open kitchen serving modern American casual meals.     Showroom is always a hit! We enjoyed a family brunch with some great pineapple mimosas and food. Def try the Chicken & The Egg! They also have one of the best shrimp & grits you’ll have Frederick. Make sure to try their cheddar chive biscuits.

    We made reservations on OpenTable for this evening and when we showed up, there was a line at the door. We walked up, checked in and we’re immediately seated at our table. Our server was excellent food was awesome and the timeless family was amazing.

    Congratulations to Chef Michael Voltaggio and Chef Bryan Voltaggio on the Grand Opening of their restaurant at the Wye Oak Tavern. It was a pleasure to share in the experience and to enjoy their extraordinary culinary creations! We particularly savored the Cold Fried Chicken Pate, the Cheese Ravioli (Bryan’s signature dish), and the Rigatoni. All the dishes were elevated by the brilliant wine pairings suggested by their remarkable sommelier, Steven Zmuda.
