Upon opening the initial establishment in 2004, Wolfgang Zwiener had spent years learning his craft, drawing upon his knowledge to create steakhouse perfection. Rous Restaurant is one of my top favourites in the city and I have had best culinary experiences. This time, although the tastes were (almost) all excellent, the "new" approach that forces all customers to go for an "experience menu" (many dishes of very small quantity) with no option of "normal size" portion like in the past, or order outside the prefixed menu disappointed me. I was really looking forwarded tasting what new (or old) Chef had to offer but not by forcing options and portions...
