Restaurants near Outer Loop Plaza Shopping Center

I had been wanting to go here for a very long time and the restaurant did not disappoint any of the excitement I had built up. Great service in a fun and very appealing with a wonderful story to tell. Great for two or the whole family. The warning is it can be loud when it is full because of all the hard surfaces. However, the variety of rooms in the unique building helps.

We’ve been to several Capital Grille locations, and the restaurant in Louisville matches the wonderful experiences we’ve had in Washington, DC, Tyson’s Corner, Va. & Hartford, CT. It’s our go-to place for special occasions & celebrations. Everett was our server, and he was engaging, knowledgeable and anticipated our wishes. We had the calamari which was tender & delicious & the sliced fillet with Cipollini onions & mushrooms. The fillet was prepared perfectly. My wife who was celebrating a milestone birthday, also had the Expresso Martini, and I had an In Fashion both excellently prepared. And the complimentary birthday dessert was exemplary. We will definitely return.

We were greeted by Andy and other staff. We didn’t have to wait long to be seated. Our server Darrell was detailed about the menu. The sushi was amazing! Our steaks were cooked to perfection!!! The customer service was outstanding by everyone. We love dining at Jeff Ruby’s!! Adele Fontan

Excellent food and service. Soft Christmas music was playing and the ambiance was soothing festive. The tables had a lovely floral and candle centerpiece. All of the food was excellent however I must rave about the salad wedge, its the best I have ever had.
