Chef Rodrigo Flores has been creating a variety of contemporary Mexican fare at Hacienda de los Morales since 1985. In terms of gastronomy, respecting the richness of the flavors and techniques of our traditional cuisine, we take the emblematic dishes of the DF canteens, we enriched them with delicacies from botaneros and canteens from the rest of the country and we ventured some of our own proposals.
