A chic and sophisticated décor provides the setting for our distinctive "world cuisine", a provocative mix of zesty influences that creates a delightful dining experience in Palm Springs, California. Plush high-backed semicircular banquettes surround our dining room and offer comfortable and private seating. The cuisine has a light, exotic feel with an emphasis on Pacific Rim specialties, from Chilean Sea Bass baked in Banana Leaves or Kahlua-Barbecued Pork Chops to all sorts of tasty tapas, salads, wood-fired pizzas, and desserts. The Coral Seas Lounge, a hip mid-century style bar is lined with sexy black leather bar-stools and is reminiscent of the upbeat lounges of old Palm Springs. It wraps around the dining room and leads outside to a lush, tropical, 2000 square foot dining patio where a variety of specialty cocktails and old-school favorites are mixed - an ideal place where friends gather and martinis are sipped under the starlit desert sky.

Celebrated a special evening and ordered from the prix fixe menu. Both of us had the Kung Pao Calamari - it was delicious. The sauce was excellent and the calamari was tender. My spouse had the Lake Superior White Fish and said it was very good - but would have preferred it with the Kung Pao sauce instead of the plated sauce. My spouse is Asian and has a preference for spicy flavors. I had the New York Steak and found it flavorful. We both took the carrot cake home - as the meal was more than filling and enjoyable. The server and table staff were attentive and not disruptive - which we appreciated. The meal, service, and ambiance were as enjoyable as ever. We'll definitely continue going to Spencer's.

Another delightful celebration meal at Copley's. Our cocktails were smooth and perfect: Henrietta and a G&T. Generous wines pours of the excellent Deux Roches white. The lobster and shrimp ceviche had the right level of kick in the red salsa, and the house Caesar was unique and crisply fresh as usual. Both our entrees were perfectly done - one swordfish and one tuna special. And the chocolate soufflé was a sumptuous finish with the decadent salted caramel ice cream. All with attentive service from Eric. LOVE this place.

Our waiter was very personable and gave us great recommendations on what food and wine/drinks to get. He was attentive and the service was prompt. The sushi was out of this world! Very unique rolls, fresh fish, and probably the best sushi I’ve ever eaten! Will definitely go back.
