Our restaurant setting is in an open air palm made "palapa". Enjoy a relaxing ambiance made by scenic surf view, soft Latin jazz, sea breeze and the sound of the surf breaking on the beach. Our "7 Seas" project is a gastronomical endeavor in search of exciting fresh seafood dishes made of fish caught from according to Jacques Cousteau "one of the great aquariums in the world": the sea of Cortez.     The best food we have experienced in Cabo ! The quality and variety with organic vegetables and unique flavors was amazing. Miguel our server was so helpful. Meal started with complimentary cocktails and just kept getting better. The decor is beautiful as are the serving dishes but both pale to the food! Try the amazing local organic tomatoes and any of the seafood dishes. Fried chicken dish was delicious! Will become our go to restaurant in San Jose! Gracias for such a special meal!!

    We pay an annual visit to Seven Seas. It is always such a treat. We’re always welcomed by name, enjoy terrific cocktails and wine. Food is wonderful. This time we started with the tuna trilogy - which was enough for 4 to share - although we were just 2. Then we had the arugula salad and then shared the tortilla soup and chicken enchiladas. Yum so good. We thoroughly enjoyed a leisurely 3 hour lunch. Ended with espresso martini and Mexican coffee.

    Very disappointed the they didn’t have the first two (2) wines we ordered from their menu! They didn’t have the Pinot Noir we order to go with the lamb and then were out of the Malbec. 😢 The rest of the meal was delicious.
