CARNAL PRIME STEAKHOUSE is the first restaurant in Santiago specialized in imported and certified American meats of the Angus Aberdeen breed and of USDA High Choice & Prime quality. In addition to the exclusivity of our raw materials, to prepare our meats we use an infrared broiler that achieves high temperatures (1300 °F), which gives our cuts a particular texture and flavor that is not found in the traditional method of grill. The beef filet was wonderful and prepared to my request. It is delightful to dine outdoors with the calming sounds of the water feature nearby. Service was excellent, ensuring we were well attended to without being bothersome.
