Eight years ago, Maximo Bistrot started as a restaurant for the thinking and execution of dishes from a wide range of techniques with the best of local ingredients; a warmful place that communicated our love for food. This was an experience to remember. The staff were exceptional and the food absolutely incredible. Put those two together with the views and you have an amazing night out ! If it’s not offered ( it was for me) ask for a tour of the kitchens and wine cellar!
