With access to panoramic views of Pendle Hill, and a range of seasonal menus, created and tailored by our Chef Patron, Doug Crampton, Eight at Gazegill is the epitome of a 'farm-to-fork' restaurant, being owned by and located directly on a working organic farm, Gazegill Organics, in the Ribble Valley. Showcasing the best of the produce from the farm, which includes organic slow-reared pork and raw milk, and utilising the seasonal bounty that can be found in the surrounding hedgerows and countryside, Eight at Gazegill reconnects guests to nature through the food. Our Brunch, All-Day and Sunday Lunch menus are suitable for all, while our Friday and Saturday evening Tasting Menu offers a more grown up experience. We also have specifically designed menus which are suitable to be eaten on our outside terrace area where the addition of a large purpose-built playground makes this the perfect location for families to enjoy the sunshine.

Welcome to Freemasons at Wiswell, where fabulous food is served in an elegant and relaxed rural setting. The inn is located in the 'chocolate box' village of Wiswell, near Clitheroe, in the picturesque Ribble Valley.Since our transformation and reopening in the summer of 2009, we have created a loyal clientele and a genuine home-from-home atmosphere. Flag stone floors, walls in muted heritage colours, antique rugs and furniture, period paintings and prints all unite to create a stylish and comfortable setting. Our bar has an excellent selection of traditional cask conditioned ales from award-winning independent breweries and is complemented by a superb cellar with over 250 wines from around the world. While the surroundings and welcome are inviting, the main reason to visit is, of course, our food.

We opened our first restaurant in Castlefield, Manchester in 2004 with a clear aim: To deliver quality food to local customers at a reasonable price in a sharp, modern space with friendly, unpretentious service. We have pursued that goal ever since and it has earned us many loyal customers. Our menu is probably classed as British with some additional favourites from Italy and around the globe. Albert's Worsley provides a slick, modern space with dining for 180 guests inside and features a fabulous outside dining terrace for 60.The restaurant is open Tuesday - Sunday for lunch and dinner, Saturday and Sunday are also open for breakfast.

The Hawthorn is a Georgian gem in the heart of Haworth, packed full of period features offering a relaxed environment to unwind with friends and family. This warm and appealing gastropub has been renovated throughout to showcase an array of local antiques including a stunning array of Barraclough clocks, homage to John Barraclough himself, Clockmaker to the Brontes, who used to live in this very building in the Georgian era.We serve only food made using the freshest seasonal British produce and our menu changes through the weeks to reflect this. We have a custom-made Josper charcoal grill which is the hottest indoor grill available and used by the best restaurants in the country. Cooking on the Josper ensures none of the natural moisture or flavour escapes from the food, whilst at the same time adding the distinct chargrilled taste.

This was our first visit. We eat out every week and enjoy finding new places. We had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. We valued the owner Rebecca greeting us and we felt the pace of service was just right. The menu was quite comprehensive and there were specials as well. My husband’s chicken starter really enjoyed his chicken starter but my only negative of the whole night was my starter. I ordered the scallops from the specials and was so looking forward to it, however it was merely 3 average sized scallops with a little dressing on a large plate, for £18 I felt it was poor value for money, I had finished it before my husband had even finished his first piece of chicken ( I tasted his and it was very good). Our steak mains were great. The star of the experience for us was the lovely French sommelier, sorry to have forgotten his name, but I am hopeless with names. He was very attentive and knowledgeable about his wines. We ordered a Chablis and he came back with a grand cru for a little more which we ordered, it was good. We will certainly be visiting here again. Due to its location and ambience and its star Masterchef winning Dan Merriman (Who offers special tasting evenings) I feel this could very soon be a fine dining restaurant. Thank you all.

The setting is modern and elegant, you can see the pass from your dining table which was fascinating to watch the hard work and precision that went in to plating the dishes. The food on the tasting menu on a Saturday evening was delicious from the first to last plate, the creativity and presentation was just as beautiful as the taste and each excellently explained by the staff as it was brought to your table. All of the staff couldn't have done more to be helpful and friendly and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone wanting an amazing experience.

Phenomenal! My husband and I had an absolutely super meal at the Freemasons. We received a warm welcome on arrival and the restaurant had a very homely, stylish, country interior. The front of house and bar staff were very courteous, helpful and keen to ensure a good experience for the diner and provided any help and information we needed. The menu was exciting and imaginative, the wine list offered a thoughtfully selected range of delicious wines that complemented our individual course choices really well. When the food started to arrive we knew we were in for a treat and it did not disappoint! We had snacks which were utterly amazing and plentiful, beautifully presented and so, so delicious. The rest of the meal continued in the same vein and we ended it with mouthwatering desserts. In summary, the team at the Freemasons has its act together at a very high standard, provided us with a very enjoyable experience and the food was superb! We had a great evening and would definitely recommend. Well done Freemasons!
