Tuna tartare was the star of the show, 10/10, no notes. Everything else was amazing, service was incredible & food was great.

Last night, my wife and I went and we had the risotto appetizer, which was one of the best risotto recipes I’ve had in a restaurant. Beautifully, elegant, tasty and very savory. The lamb was very good and service was at its usual excellent level.

We love Home Block. The ambience is perfect, the staff are always very attentive - we had Stephanie who was so knowledgeable and engaging. We had the calamari and burrata to start… as usual, did not disappoint. I had the branzino which was underwhelming - no flavour whatsoever. My husband and son at the Bavette (steak). It was going to be served medium rare but my husband asked for medium. Our son enjoyed his ‘as is’ but it was too rare from a texture standpoint. But that’s us. We had the desserts to go but did share the chocolate mousse which was divine. Will definitely be back!

The service and ambiance was excellent , as was the food. The only drawback on the food was the sourdough was not truly sourdough. I’m a bit of a snob that way. It was good for white bread. Everything else was high quality and the eggs were done exactly as I specified. I definitely recommend.

What a fabulous 90th birthday brunch we all enjoyed! With the perfect table by the window, and the best view. Our server Emma was outstanding!🤩The desserts were amazing; the crème brûlée was to die for. Bottles of bubbly were half price. The brunch menu is fantastic. My favourite place to dine!!
