- CCharlesVIPDetroit / Eastern Michigan •155 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoHad requested a quiet table/booth. When we arrived early on Friday night. 13 Dec, restaurant was very busy and packed. Hostess did not really have any quiet tables/booths and told us up-front. Only tables available were in the back near 2 large, probably loud, holiday celebrating groups. Bar, however, was very open, and we could get stools far away from the large groups. We thought this was perfectly acceptable, and it turned out DELIGHTFUL. We sat side by side, could easily hear one another, and watch all the activity. But what really made the evening SPECIAL and memorable, was our server, the bartender, George. He had great recommendations, all the food was truly outstanding, and we could not have had a nicer evening out for a very senior couple,More infoMaziPrice: Expensive• American• Downtown•4.5
