Restaurants near Pike Place Market

They were a bit crowded as many people were trying to be seated around 1030/1045 on a Sunday even though I had a reservation for my friends bday. The staff made it up to us with free donuts, a super comfy booth and great service! Thank you!

This place is famous for a reason. Staff is super welcoming and professional. The ambiance is romantic and clean. Food is delicious and all around a wonderful experience. We got the Caesar salad, Lamb Shank, Lasagna, and hazelnut bookie cake. All were fantastic and a great experience. Definitely worth the price tag in one of Seattle’s most popular restaurants.

The omakase experience and quality was on par with what I’ve experienced in Japan. The tab ended up being a bit steeper than expected (the 10% tax and 20% service charge on a fine dining bill did hurt a little at the end of the day, came out to almost $600 for 2 with omakase and one small sake bottle) but for our anniversary it made an incredible night. I will be savoring that straw smoked spanish mackerel and medium-fatty tuna sashimi for the rest of the week.

This has been a family favorite tradition when visiting Seattle since I was a little girl. I just got the opportunity to visit with my husband and stepdaughter and she was just as delighted as I hoped she'd be - maybe even more! The French sipping chocolate really put her over the edge, both in flavor and experience. I had my typical croque (can't be missed, truly), she had the French French toast, and dad had a special omelet. All were spectacular and the service impeccable. We even picked up a few of the free postcards at the door as souvenirs. Thank you again for another delightful brunch. We will be back again and again!

Big fan of the food and the service. The atmosphere was great. Highly recommend for a romantic dinner for two.
