Nice place, but you must arrive on time. If you arrive 20 minutes early, they can't accommodate you, and you'll have to wait outside since they don't have enough space at their bar either. We sat by the windows, and it was awful because they were not well insulated. They should add some heating in that area—it’s uncomfortable to eat there. Overall good service, food & drinks.

We tried the tasting menu and we were delighted with every aspect of it. Each dish had amazing flavors, but the brussel sprouts salad was a standout for us. Great ambiance and service and we felt like we were in a restaurant in Barcelona.

Bungalow has essentially a classic bistro menu with some updates. Fried calamari with salad was an excellent appetizer for two people to share. It seemed fresh and well-prepared. Mains of steak (cooked exactly as requested) and navarin d'agneau (underseasoned) were perfectly fine withoug being at all distinctive. In short, exactly what I usually want from a bistro: a predictable meal of good quality ingredients, classically prepared with no surprises. On the night we were there, it was not at all crowded, so noise level was fine. But we could easily hear the conversation of a table at the other end of the restaurant, so I imagine it might be noisy when full.
