- OTOpenTable DinerSan Francisco Bay Area •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoButcher & Rose was easily one of the best restaurants my husband and I have been too in a long time. The food was amazing, the service was personal and they thought of every last detail, and the atmosphere was so romantic. Definitely on the pricier side, but the experience was exquisite from start to finish and the price reflected that. The wine selection was unbelievable, and we enjoyed a 2018 Cabernet that went beautifully with our entrees. Our waiter (I unfortunately can't remember his name) went above and beyond, and he was truly invested in giving us the best experience possible. I cannot recommend Butcher & Rose enough.More infoButcher & RosePrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Columbus•4.8
- AAnthonyColumbus •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoHudson 29 is a standout in Columbus’s dining scene, offering a refined yet approachable atmosphere with an emphasis on high-quality ingredients and expert preparation. From the moment you step in, the warm lighting, modern decor, and welcoming staff set the stage for a memorable meal. While the menu offers a well-curated selection of steaks, salads, and fresh seafood, the pan-seared blackened scallops steal the show. These scallops are absolute perfection—expertly seared to create a crisp, caramelized crust that locks in their natural sweetness while the blackening spices add just the right amount of smoky heat. Each bite is rich, buttery, and melts in your mouth, balanced beautifully with a velvety smooth sauce that enhances the dish without overpowering it. Beyond the scallops, Hudson 29 offers a strong selection of wines and cocktails to pair with your meal, along with consistently excellent service. Whether you’re looking for a date night spot, a business dinner, or just a place to treat yourself, this Cameron Mitchell gem delivers every time. If you’re a seafood lover, do yourself a favor and order the blackened scallops—you won’t regret it.More infoHudson 29 - Upper ArlingtonPrice: Expensive• American• Upper Arlington•4.8
- JJEFFREYColumbus •4 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoExcellent meal, excellent service. We were seated in a timely fashion. The server was very personable. Food was served hot and cooked to order. The only issue was the desert. We ordered Key Lime pie. The crust was so hard it was nearly impossible to cut off a bite with the provided spoon. The key lime filling was a whipped cream consistency with a very distinctive aftertaste. My wife, as well as I, only took a single bite. The server noticed and offered to remove it from the bill.More infoCooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant - Columbus, OHPrice: Moderate• American• Columbus•4.7
- MMarcoColumbus •4 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoThis visit was kind of different. It was my 2nd time coming here and of course we were served nicely. Although I noticed the food was very salty. I had wine so it's kind of helping with that but it literally stings our tongue. We got the burger, wings, thai mussels and clam chowder. Overall it was nice, except for that salty food.More infoThe Pearl - Short NorthPrice: Expensive• Gastro Pub• Short North - Arena District•4.7
- MMaryColumbus •15 reviews5.0Dined on Feb 10, 2025Our waitress was amazing! She was very attentive, made great suggestions, & went above & beyond for our birthday celebration. We recommend the eggplant parmesan, margherita pizza, arancini, and the Berry Blast cocktail. The birthday girl got a free dessert & a spiked strawberry with a huge “sparkler” lit up to commemorate the evening. This was our first time here & we will be back!More infoForno Kitchen and BarPrice: Moderate• American• Short North - Arena District•4.8
