Several years ago, I decided that my future in the restaurant business would most likely not remain in the realm of fine dining and gourmands, but would rather lean towards the style of restaurant that I found myself frequenting most often - places that provided consistency and quality at a price that was fair for the quality of the food and experience. Service was great. Food was very good. This is not the same Twisted Tomato from McCaysville. Menu is different, refined. We have the arancini as an appetizer and it was delicious. Had a meat lovers pizza and the short ribs as the main dinner, both were outstanding. Saw others enjoying what looked to be very good pasta dishes. Staff was friendly from the moment we walked in. Lydia, our server, was new but great. We will definitely be back. All around, great meal.
