We started with the cherry gazpacho, a refreshing and creative twist on a classic, followed by the fritto de mer, which was perfectly crispy and flavorful. The lamb chops were tender and succulent, while the king prawn was cooked to perfection. The kebab plate was a delightful combination of smoky flavors, and the pasta was rich and satisfying. For dessert, the crème brûlée, adorned with gold flakes, was a luxurious treat, and the sorbet was served ice cold in a beautifully presented way. Jati Bar is a paradise in Ubud. It’s a very interesting place with an amazing view. The food is delicious, the people who is working there are very nice ans the place is very beautiful. All is perfect in Jati Bar.
