Amal Miami is my favorite restaurant in Coconut Grove/Miami. First things first - the food is divine. I was saying to the friends I dined with that you taste the soul of the food in the recipes and those of the chefs. We are always greeted warmly and never rushed. The seating is super comfortable and the noise level perfect. We had a delicious meal with generous servings and the food presentation is beautiful.

We shared the whole red snapper which was cooked to perfection and devoured every bite., then finished with their amazing churros (stuffed with melted chocolate and accompanied with caramel sauce. It was a fabulous meal for my husband’s 65th birthday! Bravo to Koko’s.

The place is really nice looking. The service was amazing. We started at the bar while waiting for our reservation time. We had a couple drinks, the bartender was very attentive. Once our table was set, we were introduced to our waiter who made the recommendations and specialties, we ordered the Serrano ham and manchego cheese croquettes. DELICIOUS! We moved on to the 14 ounce rib eye and 16 ounce n y strip. Again spot on the temp at medium rare, we accompanied it with the truffle Mac n cheese and duck fat papas bravas. It was a great expirience for the taste palette. 10/10 recommend.

Excellent food! Expensive bill though. Great for a special occasion.

I had a friend in from London and wanted to give her that magical awe that is the Miami view and this place really ticks all the boxes - great view, delicious food, and service was lovely as well. She is gluten-free due to a severe medical condition and not just for fancy diet reasons and the servers were fully informed on what dishes were gluten free and I was impressed by that knowledge. Thank you again for a lovely experience at our Saturday morning brunch.
