Absolutely outstanding! The pizzas were beyond compare. They were cooked absolutely perfectly with incredibly fresh ingredients. We started off with a focaccia, which was perfect and baked on premises. We split four pizzas, including one with speck and arugula, one with ham and burrata , but the absolute favourite was a specialty with hot honey. Highly highly recommend our server was wonderfully attentive. Not overly, but the service was top notch with pizza is coming out quickly. Highly recommend and not to be missed if you’re in Calgary.

We had a belated anniversary dinner. It was our first time at Chop, and we were very impressed. I had the tomato bisque to start, followed by the top sirloin. My wife has the French onion soup, followed by the filet mignon. Everything was excellent. The steaks were seasoned with a very tasty (not spicy) run, then seared, then cooked. They came out very tender and delicious. For dessert I had the creme brulee. Normally this is a very small desert, but here it was a much bigger size. And delicious! Yes, we'll be back there again. PS: We used a gift card that was donated to Foothills Academy, a school for kids with learning disabilities. It was nice to see that Chop supports local charities, like Foothills Academy.

We had a fantastic experience for Valentines! Our waitress was great, and very polite. The food was absolutely delicious. Definitely will recommend going here, and we‘ll most certainly be back
