    This is one of our go-to restaurants in the desert. The food is well prepared and the waiters provide excellent service. Last night, we were expertly served by Sergio, who couldn't be friendlier or more accommodating. I had the veal piccata which was lightly prepared and the tiramisu which was delicious. The prices are reasonable here, too.

    Absolutely the best restaurant in the valley. Cozy and sophisticated atmosphere. On spot service and most delicious salmon I have had recently. Restaurant fills up quickly so enjoy a reservation.     My wife and I who are regular customers of Si Bon came in for dinner and both began with their “Soup of the Day “ Hot Carrot Soup made from fresh ingredients. All of their daily soups are great. We also both had iced tea. My wife had a dinner special, Grilled Orange Roughy that our server, Sofia, had told us was substituted for Branzino which actually was shown on the menu. I enjoyed the Oregon Sand Dabs. Both meals were delicious and prepared with excellence.
