- RRobbieOttawa •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoGreat food and friendly service. Would recommend for a later meal (dinner). We booked for brunch with friends visiting from out of town, but they didn't have brunch options and lunch menu was only for weekdays. We still thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The service was slower, only because they seemed to be short staffed, but the restaurant quickly filled up by noon. Atmosphere, ambiance, location and view were great. Will return for sure.More infoJoe's Italian Kitchen - AlmontePrice: Moderate• Italian• Mississippi Mills•4.7

I was a little disappointed that you no longer offer sparkling wine as a welcome drink and have switched to a dealcoholized option instead. That said, our server was excellent. As for the food: My steak was delicious, but my husband's steak was not up to par. It was very chewy with large chunks of fat, and he couldn't eat it. He was too shy to mention it to anyone, so he ended up eating just the fries and salad. On the bright side, the trio sliders were absolutely amazing—so tasty! The Szechuan lettuce chicken was also fantastic, as always. We tried the Laurent Miquel white wine again, and it was just as good as we remembered. Aside from my husband's steak, everything else was perfect. Joey Rideau remains our top choice for dining out in Ottawa.More infoJOEY RideauPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• ByWard Market•4.5

Cannot forget how refreshing and summer vibes the roasted corn guacamole and chips brought to the table! Definitely the ones that are gonna bring me back again and again. - BBeverleySaskatoon / Saskatchewan •1 review5.0Dined on Feb 23, 2025First time at Gia. So great. It’s always a treat to have a gluten free meal at such a great Italian restaurant. My only bit of feedback would be to have a gluten free baguette available for the apps ❤️More infoCantina GiaPrice: Expensive• Italian• The Glebe•4.6
