IMO you must get the sweet potato, sourdough tortillas (comes with the frijoles puerco), scallops, halibut, emmoladas, and birria. The tacos suadero was good, but nothing to write home about. What an amazing meal. We did all different tuna dishes- all were phenomenal. Ox tail taco and burrata were unreal. Burrata may be one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. The only thing we didn’t love was the tres leches cake for dessert. It was a bit dry and trying too hard- not a real milky taste, just got raspberry from the topping. The staff, including the restaurant manager and the head chef, spoke with us during our meal and were all extremely knowledgeable. The food was incredible and the fish was the freshest I have had in Colorado. We had a selection of appetizers, nigiri, including the emperor fish and blue snapper as recommended by the manager, and a selection of rolls which were so fresh and had very unique flavor.
